Latest Images From The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

20th Century Fox and Walden Media is bringing to the silver screen the third entry of the epic saga by C.S. Lewis. The series has become a classic and fans cannot wait to watch The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader online. Most readers considered this as the piece de resistance and the most popular of the much-loved children’s book series. Plus, the film will be the first one in the franchise to be released on 3D.

The studio has released three new images that can be seen when you watch The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader online. The shots features some scenes on-board the Dawn Treader. The eponymous ship was grandiose in scale and was the first Narnian ship to be seen for over hundreds of years since the Golden Age. It was built and commissioned King Caspian to search for the Seven Lost Lords. He needs their seven swords in order to save Narnia from an unfathomable fate.

But the newly-crowned king is not alone on his journey as some of his loyal followers and friends will be joining him on his quest. On board his majestic ship are the two younger Pavensies, Lucy and Edmund, which could be seen on separate photos. They will be reunited with the rest of their friends Reepecheep, the talking warrior mouse, and The Great Lion, Aslan. But they will be joined by Eustace Scrubb, the pesky cousin of the Pevensies. And on their perilous adventure, which will make it exciting to watch The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader online, they will be faced with lots of actions of epicurean scale.  They will through mystical waters to mysterious islands, where they will meet mythical creatures. Plus, an enemy from the past is set to make a comeback.

The film is directed by Michael Apted and stars Georgie Henley, Skandar Keynes, Will Poulter, Ben Barnes, Liam Neeson, Simon Pegg, and Tilda Swinton. It will be shown in theaters on December 10, 2010.
